Frequently asked

How far in advance should we book a wedding?

For peak season (March–May, October–December) we recommend reaching out 8–12 months ahead. Off-peak dates often have 4–6 month availability. We reserve only one wedding per date.

Do you travel internationally?

Yes. We've shot weddings and editorial commissions in Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, France, Italy, and India. Travel within Asia up to 4 hours each way is included in the base rate; beyond that, we'll add a transparent travel fee.

What's your editing style?

Quiet, warm, film-leaning. We process each gallery by hand — no presets applied wholesale. Our work has been compared to Sally Mann, Annie Leibovitz's quieter pieces, and the Japanese documentary tradition.

Do you provide RAW files?

No. RAW files are unfinished work, like serving dough instead of bread. We deliver fully-edited high-resolution JPEGs that are ready for print or screen.

How long until we receive our photographs?

Preview gallery (30–50 selects) within 48 hours. Full gallery in 4–6 weeks for portraits and family sessions, 6–10 weeks for weddings. We never rush an edit.

Can we book a second photographer or videographer?

Yes. Our team includes Haru Yamamoto, who joins us for larger weddings and also handles short-form film. We can introduce you to trusted videographer collaborators if needed.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We typically take a 30% retainer to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before the event. For larger commissions we're happy to arrange a milestone-based schedule.

What if it rains on our wedding day?

It probably will rain at least once during a Singapore wedding. Some of our favourite photographs were made in the rain. We carry weather sealing, golf umbrellas, and a willingness to embrace whatever the day brings.
